Master's course

  • Students need to study at least 2 years in the Master's course and receive at least 32 credits.
  • One special course (the course that was requested on the entrance exam application) must be taken.
  • The teacher for the special course will be the student's supervisor. The supervisor will provide assistance in subject selection, paper writing and general research techniques.

Doctoral course

  • Students need to take one special course (the course that was requested on the entrance exam application) for at least 3 years as the student's own special course of study. 12 credits must be received under the assistance of the student's supervisor.
  • Students will be supervised regarding their thesis, attendance of other research related courses and lectures, etc. by their supervisor.
  • The doctoral dissertation must be written in the student's specific area of study.

Requirements for Completion

Master's course

Students are required to enroll in the course for at least 2 years and take a predetermined number of credits. In addition, they must submit a Master's thesis and then pass its review and final interview exam. Upon completion of these steps, students will receive their Master's degree.

Doctoral course

Students are required to enroll in the course for at least 3 years and take a predetermined number of credits. Moreover, they must receive requisite research guidance, successfully defend their dissertation, and pass the final examination. Upon completion of these steps, students will receive their Doctorate degree. There is, however, an early completion system allowing special exception for students of high integrity.
