members of Sakagamifs seminar discussed
their ideas and opinions with the Mayor of
Kumamoto, Kouyama.>
On January 16th,
the Mayor Kouyama visited our university to discuss
the problems of Kumamoto City. Some of the topics
discussed were gOrdinance-designated Cityh and
gSmaller class numbers in schoolh. It became
white-hot discussion despite the shortage of time.
