1. Log on to ALC net academy http://202.24.149.128/anet2/student.aspx Use feXXXXX as the user and 131XXXXX as the password (=XXXXX =学籍番号の最後の５桁）
2. Click on Power Words course
3. Click on Unit 7
4. Click on Lesson 1
5. Click on 準備しよう and check the words you already know.
6. Go on to 覚えよう and do the work. If you want you can print out the words by pressing 印刷.
7. Each lesson takes about 15-30 minutes and you must finish one lesson before going on to the next lesson.
