Once upon a time, There was a restaurant served Italian food. It had a reputation for serving good food so there are always many customers. A dog and a cat were employee of this restaurant and they were tied up with work.

One day, the dog and cat made a mistake. The dog spilled wine on customer’s clothes. He washed this shirt as he was told but the stain didn’t come out. This customer got angry and left the restaurant without paying. Also, the cat spilled pizza on customer’s clothes. The stain didn’t come out. This customer used violent language and left the restaurant. A manager was med at them and said not to make same mistake and their co-worker made fool of them. Both of them got disappointed at the harsh words of the customers, the manager and the co-workers. The dog continued to blame himself for this mistake after he returned home and the only thing he do was crying. While, The cat recovered from this immediately, tried to find reason why this mistake was made and learn from this mistake after she returned home. The cat found the restaurant is crowed with customers so she was hurrying to arrive dishes and this impatience leads the mistake. She made up her mind to be calm and not to hurry than necessary even if there are many customers.

The next day, both of them had to work. The dog had a gloomy look on his face because he couldn’t recover from his shock made by the mistake. Because of this, he receive some complaint about his rude behavior from customers and he was scolded by the manager again. The look on his face is too gloomy so the customers thinks he is rude to customers. The cat recovered from her shock completely, had a smile on her face and she kept in mind that she remains calm during working time as she learned from the mistake. She never made a mistake and her smile received praise from customers. The manager spoke well of her and the co-workers set a goal of serving customers with good smile like her. She started to become a person respected by everyone.

Two years passed, the cat became famous as a good employee among customers and all co-workers had a great longing for her. She never made a mistake, was always polite to customers and did a great job whatever happens. Some people visited the restaurant to get her service. It was said that the quality of her service contributed to prosperity in business. The dog never learned from mistakes. He made same mistake, felt depressed, couldn’t smile when he serves customers, received complaint occasionally, felt depressed again. He felt into these circle. He lost trust gradually because of this.

A few years passed, The cat was appointed as new manager. All employees voted to her. They grew as a person not only a viewpoint of service thanks to her good example. The dog quit his job. He felt uncomfortable because of human relations. All people believed it is no use entrusting him with a task. Some people didn’t talk to him, the others took out their frustration on him. He couldn’t stand this situation. He looked for and got new job but things didn’t go well. He still seemed to make a mistake. He repeatedly changed his job but he had trouble working at all workplace he worked.

The cat could achieve success because she reflected her mistake, learned from it. The dog couldn’t achieve success because he didn’t reflect his mistake, didn’t learn from it. The cat lived happily ever after surrounded by people adoring her.
