This class will be ALL ENGLISH (mostly!).

• 1. 15 minutes introduction, work on listening lesson and quizzes.
• 2. 5-10 minutes answer quizzes.
• 3. 30-40 minutes chat.
• 4. 15-20 minutes in-class discussion.
• 5. 5 minutes introdution of next week's topic.

You will get points for your work as follows:

 *14 chats x 0-10 points = max 140 points
 *14 in-class discussions x 3 (Japanese) or 5 (English) points = max 70 points
 = 210 points/2 = 105 classpoints

You need to get this many classpoints for the following grades:

 *60 = C
 *70 = B
 *80 = A

NOTE TO STUDENTS WHO HAVE 就職 AND STUDENTS WHO CANNOT WAKE UP IN THE MORNING:

 *If you are absent, the chats and quizzes (=143 points or 71.5 classpoints) SHOULD BE DONE OUTSIDE OF CLASS
 *THEREFORE you can get a B even if you NEVER come to class!
