Student B: Do one of the following
- Every time A finishes a sentence, REPEAT the sentence in a way that shows you were
listening. (e.g. "I see. You drove to school yesterday. Go on! or OK...)
- Every time A finishes a sentence, PARAPHRASE the sentence in a way that shows you were
listening. (e.g. "Yesterday, you took your car to school."
- Every time A finishes a sentence, ASK your partner for more information (e.g. "Where
did you park?").
- Every time A finishes a sentence, SHOW YOUR EMOTIONS with the interjections below. ("Wow,
that's interesting!" "Cool!" "Great" "That's too bad" etc.)
